Tah Muhl Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Shrine Quest: A Landscape of a Stable
Speak with Mayro to get this quest.
Find and unlock the shrine to complete the quest.
Passing the Flame
Remove the dead ivy straight ahead to reveal a passage. Burning works, but so does bombing.
As soon as you enter, turn left and burn some more ivy to the left, on the wall with the gate. A key will drop; retrieve it with Magnesis.
Use the key on the door right in front of you and open the chest.
Now go on a rampage, burning or blowing up all the burnable stuff in sight. You should collect two more chests, one on a stack of boxes and the other in an alcove in the corner behind some more ivy.
You should also reveal the ramp to the altar, head there and get your Spirit Orb.
