The Swift Carrot is a material found in Breath of the Wild. They are found in abundance in Kakariko Village, and can occasionally be found around the rest of the Necluda region. Swift Carrots will restore ½ of a heart when eaten raw, but if Link decides to cook it it will become a Roasted Swift Carrot. They can also be used in a variety of Recipes, and they have an extra cooking effect of increased speed.
