Stamina is what Link uses in Skyward Sword that expels any energy by him. This can be running, climbing, sword swinging and pushing boulders. This has been the first time in which a Zelda game has had a stamina gauge. This new game mechanic makes the game a lot more realistic as Link can get tired by running for too long or by fighting too fiercely. Link can expel his stamina in many ways but can also restore it by the use of Stamina Fruit or the Stamina Potion, which can be purchased at the Bazaar in Skyloft.
