Stamina Fruit

Stamina Fruit is a small green item found in Skyward Sword. They can be found everywhere, including on the ground throughout Skyloft and the surface below. When Link runs across a Stamina Fruit, he can collect to to fully replenish his Stamina Gauge. They are very useful; allowing him to run for a longer period of time.
