Hinox Horns can be obtained by defeating Stalnoxes, which can be found scattered in remote locations across Hyrule. This material can be used in combination with various Creatures to create different types of Elixirs, which increment Link's stats for a period of time.
The material can also be combined with a weapon to vastly increase the weapon attack power, due to the horn having a fuse attack power of 29.
