The Seared Steak is a type of food found in Breath of the Wild. It heals 1 1/2 hearts. It's one of the easiest food to obtain making it really useful in the earliest portions of the game, however because of the low amount of hearts that it recovers it's not very useful beyond the first hours of the game.
How to obtain it
In order to get a piece of Seared Steak, the player has to start a fire and simply put a piece of Raw Meat on it until it becomes a Seared Steak. It cannot be obtained by cooking one piece of Raw Meat in a Cook Pot. Another method to obtain it, it's to go to Death Mountain on the Eldin Region and drop a piece of Raw Meat on the floor, because of the temperature it will become a Steared Steak. It can also be randomly dropped by defeating Hinoxes.
