Ropas are enemies that appear A Link to the Past and Four Swords Adventures.
Appearances
A Link to the Past
They are one of the first enemies Link encounters when Link first goes to the Dark World. Located on the Pyramid of Power, these plant like enemies will try to hop towards Link. They move rather slowly and don't jump too far, so they shouldn't be much trouble. They only really cause harm when they are encountered in larger groups of enemies.
Link can defeat a Ropa with two slashes from his Master Sword. If a Ropa can make contact with Link, it will do two full hearts of damage.
