Richard is the name of the Mamamu Yan's dog in Ocarina of Time. Mamamu Yan, a proud owner of her precious dog, lives in the Market. Richard is known to be faster than any dogs around.[1][2] During the night, Mamamu Yan can't find her little puppy, thus being worried and asks Link to help her find him.[3] He can be found to the right near the Bazaar. If Link finds him and brings him to Mamamu Yan, she rewards him with a Piece of Heart for his help.[4][5] When Link is an adult, Mamamu Yan's precious puppy has passed away, and she reminisces about how he was such a famous puppy.[6]
