Obli is an character featured in The Wind Waker who can be found on the Flight Control Platform. He appears to be a Rito but is actually a human dressing as one. He has a brother named Willi that is with him. They will later together operate the Bird-Man Contest where Link must reach a goal with his Deku Leaf.
