Note on the Table is an object from Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The note is one of the many Notes on the Table found throughout Hyrule. It is located in the Depths, found to the Nisoij Lightroot. As part of the Camera Work in the Depths quest, Link travels down to the Depths and finds the Nisoij Lightroot. There is a Note on the Table there that points Link in the direction to the west. Just to the west there is a small campfire with RoObbie's second Note on the Table can be found.
Robbie mentions that he is traveling further to the west towards the lightroot. He thinks he has spotten one of the figures that Josha wants them to find.

Hey, you. Still alive? Looks like this place is swimming in gloom! Get too close to that stuff and you're asking for trouble. If a guy didn't have any brightblooms, it'd be curtains! Then again, it's my first time down here, and I haven't kicked the bucket... So I'm sure you'll be fine. I've just spotted something of interest through my goggles. It's shaped like that figure Josha wants us to find. I'll be continuing to head west toward one of those glowing roots I see ahead. See ya soon!
