The Moon's Tear is only found in Majora's Mask. It is what the name suggests: a shiny rock that falls from the moon's eye. In Majora's Mask, the moon has a face. As Deku Link you trade it with the Business Scrub in exchange for the use of his Deku Flower. This allows you to get to the entrance of the Clock Tower, which is where you can find Skull Kid.
