An Mighty Vegetable Omelet is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Mighty Vegetable Omelet temporarily increases attack power, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using any a Mighty Thistle, Bird Egg, Goat Butter and Rock Salt. While cooking the Mighty Thistle and Bird Egg with no other ingredients is a recognized meal, it creates an Mighty Omelet, not a Mighty Vegetable Omelet, while adding an Razorshroom as the fifth ingredient changes the result to Mighty Mushroom Omelet.
