Mighty Cream of Mushroom Soup is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild.

Breath of the Wild

When eaten, Mighty Cream of Mushroom Soup temporarily increases Link's attack power, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using Razorshroom, Mighty Thistle, Fresh Milk and Rock Salt. Either the mushroom or vegetable can be exchanged for "neutral" versions (Hylian Shroom or Hyrule Herb), or both can if a fifth Mighty ingredient is used. Regardless, at least one "Mighty" item must be present, and no item with clashing effects, else a basic Cream of Mushroom Soup or similar recipe will result. There is no benefit to this.
