The Medium Wallet can be acquired by collecting five Gratitude Crystals and showing them to Batreaux. He will reward Link with the Medium Wallet.

Upgrades

The Medium Wallet can be upgraded in a bigger wallet that has a bigger capacity. This wallet is called the Big Wallet. It has a maximum rupee capacity of 1000. It can be acquired by giving Batreaux 30 Gratitude Crystals. He will then reward Link with the Big Wallet.
