Lava Soup is from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons, and is a quest item. It is a very potent soup with the ability to clear any head cold. It resembles normal lava than soup.
Link receives Lava Soup by the Subrosian Chef after Link shows him the Iron Pot. The Chef will then prepare the soup and will put it in the pot for Link. Later, the Lava Soup is given to Biggoron, who is on top of Goron Mountain, in an exchange for the Goron Vase, this is part of the Noble Sword trading sequence.
