The Large Seed Satchel is the third and final upgrade of the Small Seed Satchel in Skyward Sword. The purpose of this items to hold 30 extra Deku Seeds for Link's Slingshot. To get this item, you must first upgrade Link's Small Seed Satchel into a Medium Seed Satchel. Then, upgrade the Medium Seed Satchel into the Large Seed Satchel.

The Treasures needed to upgrade to this item from the Medium Seed Satchel are:
- Five Amber Relics
- Three Monster Claws
- One Blue Bird Feather
- One Golden Skull
- along with 100 Rupees
