Klaus is a character featured within The Minish Cap. He resides in Hyrule Town and is often found at the Royal Hyrule Library.
Early in the game, Link can meetup with Klaus, who is blocking the entrance into the Library. He came to check out a book, but the library is not open yet.[1] He basically serves as a blockade, preventing Link from entering the Library until later in the game.
Link is able to fuse Green Kinstones with Klaus at various points in the game. As it is a Green Kinstone fusion, it is not set to a specific treasure chest, but instead, one of the many possible treasure chests.
