Ishto Soh Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Bravery's Grasp
Pick up the laser emitter and move it out of your way to access and open the chest to get a Topaz gem.
Now place the laser emitter on the moving platform so it will occasionally hit the shock switch for you. This will cause platforms to periodically move. Some platforms near the back of the room will help you reach a chest. Climb back up to the top of the shrine and use the Paraglider to glide down to these platforms. When the laser emitter hits the switch, the platforms will rise and fall. Make your way to the treasure chest and open it to get an Ancient Core
With the laser emitter constantly hitting the switch, the platforms leading up to the altar will move. Make your way over to the altar and speak with Ishto Soh to get a Spirit Orb.
