Appearance and Personality
Instructor Horwell is first encountered as you leave the Academy building. He looks quite similar to Instructor Owlan.

Your first encounter with Horwell, he teaches you to Z target and dash up to have a conversation with him. He then promptly gives you his first side quest - Mia, Gaepora's pet, has gone missing again. Once you've finished this quest, you can head over to the Statue of the Goddess to meet with the Headmaster and Zelda.
