Hoskit is one of the Rito guards on Dragon Roost Island in The Wind Waker.
Hoskit guards the Rito Chieftain's room, and is constantly worrying about his girlfriend, and cares about her very much. He is rather laid-back, and isn't as focused on his job as many of the other guards. He says Link seems like an adventurer, and asks Link to bring him a Golden Feather to make his girlfriend happy. If Link does bring him a Golden Feather, he will then ask for 20 to see his girlfriend even happier.
