Hiroshi Yamauchi served as President of Nintendo from 1949 until 2002. During his tenure at Nintendo, he oversaw the launch of the Nintendo Entertainment System, Game Boy, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Game Boy Color, Nintendo 64, Game Boy Advance, and Nintendo GameCube.
