Helmaroc Plumes are small obtainable treasures found throughout the World of the Ocean King in Phantom Hourglass. It is a multicolored feather that is often found in Treasure Chests. Link has the option of either sell it to the Treasure Teller on Mercay Island or selling it to the Ho Ho Tribe, but only on certain days.
