Hasty Gourmet Poultry Pilaf is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Hasty Gourmet Poultry Pilaf grants a movement-speed boost, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using any "Hasty" ingredient, along with a Raw Whole Bird, Hylian Rice and Goat Butter. Using Raw Bird Drumstick instead of Raw Whole Bird will simply make Hasty Poultry Pilaf, while using Raw Bird Thigh instead will make Hasty Prime Poultry Pilaf. As a dish with five ingredients, it cannot be further varied.
