Ocarina of Time
In Ocarina of Time, Link can borrow the Goron Mask from the Happy Mask Shop after he has completed the Happy Mask Side Quest. This will not turn him into a Goron, only let him wear the mask.
Majora's Mask
In Majora's Mask, it is recieved from the ghost of Darmani. It will turn Link into a Goron.
