Gor Ebizo is the second most powerful Goron elder in Twilight Princess. In the Goron Mines, he is the second elder to give you a Boss Key Shard. All he wants to do is to be a salesman before he dies, and collects donations and dances in any of Malo's Shops. Like the other Gorons, he calls you "brother", but seems to have a speech problem, pronouncing it "brudda".
