Frypolar appears only in Oracle of Seasons as the Mini-Boss of Sword & Shield Maze, the eighth dungeon in Oracle of Seasons.
Link must avoid Frypolar's flames and ice chunks in its fire and ice forms, respectively. Ember Seeds damage Frypolar when in its ice form. Link must sprinkle Mystery Seed on Frypolar's ice chunks and hurl it at the mini-boss to inflict any significant damage, After this is repeated several times, Link will triumph obtaining a Fairy and creating a teleport back to the start of the dungeon.
