The Freebie Card is one of the several Beedle membership cards in Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks. This card works like a coupon, and can be used to buy one item for free from Beedle's shop.
In both games, Link can get the card by purchasing items from Beedle's shop. However, the amount of points varies.
