The Forgotten Temple is a location in Breath of the Wild. It has a large interior filled with Decayed Guardians. In the innermost part of the temple you can find a Goddess Hylia Statue and the Rona Kachta Shrine.

Korok Seeds

Blow up the cracked boulder on top of the temple entrance and lift up the small rock hidden underneath.

Use Magnesis to move the metal door away, then lift up the small rock hidden underneath.

Climb up from the top of the 'Forgotten Temple onto this ledge. Roll a giant boulder from uphill down into the dug out pit.

On the top of the temple building at the far back you can find a metal cube puzzle. Use Magnesis to put the cube back in its rightful spot.

Behind the Goddess Statue north of the shrine, lift the rock.
