The Construction Site Cave is accessible through the Construction Site Well. Drop down the well, and break the rock ceiling in the second chamber. There are more rocks blocking the entrance, once broken, there are several Zonai Capsules to pick up. You'll notice iron bars blocking your path forward. If you ascend up back to the construction site and move to the big pile of brown rocks you'll find a hole in the ground. Drop down, and you'll find the right cave entrance back to where the iron bars are. This area contains a Bubbulfrog.
