The Bug Medal is an obtainable item featured within Skyward Sword that allows Link see the location of Bugs on his map. However, it takes up a single space in his Adventure Pouch.
The Bug Medal can be purchased from Beedle's Air Shop for an expensive price of 1,000 Rupees.[1] As the game progresses, Beedle will eventually offer Link a discount on this item, selling it at a somewhat less expensive price of 500 Rupees.[2] To acquire this many Rupees, Link must first purchase three Extra Wallets from Beedle, or upgrade his wallet with Batreaux.
