Blue Boko Reaper is a type of Fused Weapon found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The weapon is formed by fusing a variety of weapons with a Blue Bokoblin Horn, such as a Gnarled Wooden Stick.
At the east end of the Firly Plateau, there is an enemy camp which has a treausre chest that Link can access after defeating the enemies. The chest here has a Blue Boko Reaper, but can scale up to a Black Boko Reaper or a Silver Boko Reaper depending on World Level.
