The Biggoron's Sword is an optional item in Ocarina of Time. It is earned by completeing a long Trading Sequence that invovles time limits and other difficult obstacles. The Biggoron's Sword is so big it requires 2 hands to hold it. Thus, Link is not able to use his sheild while using the Biggoron's Sword. The trade-off for not being able to use his shield is that it does the most damage of any sword in the game; double that of the Master Sword's!
