Talk to Shamae at the Woodland Stable during the day to accept this quest.

Throw two Octo Balloons on a barrel to cause the barrel to float up into the sky. Shamae will then reward Link with a Star Fragment.

Step	Description
1	You promised Shamae, the kid from the Woodland Stable, that you'd show her a sky filled with balloons. The first step is to find things that serve as balloons, and then use them to lift the barrels to the delight of Shamae.
Complete	With the ingenious use of Octo balloons, you kept your promise to Shamae. As thanks, she gave you a star fragment.
