Walkthrough
Take a picture of Kilton and show it to Hoz. If you haven't unlocked Kilton yet, he's on the west island of Skull Lake at night. Once unlocked, he can be found near any village at night. Wait for night first, then teleport; if you wait for him at the location he won't show up.
