- 23rd - The Satellaview is released in Japan. This was an expansion system for the Super Famicom in Japan. It was the only way to play BS The Legend of Zelda and BS The Legend of Zelda: Ancient Stone Tablets.
November
- 24th - At SpaceWorld 1995, the Nintendo 64 was introduced as the "Nintendo Ultra 64". This first glimpse of Zelda Tech Demo was shown, which would eventually become Ocarina of Time.
