The weapon can be seen being wielded by a Blue Boss Bokoblin. The item is formed by Fusing a Spiked Iron Ball with a non-spear weapon.
At the southern end of the Deplian Badlands South, there is a Bokoblin camp with a treasure chest that contains a Spiked-Iron-Ball Hammer. Another such hammer can be found in a chest at the top of the enemy base at the Samasa Plain. Another one can be found at the enemy base, south of the Snowfield Stable.
