Fera is a character found in Tears of the Kingdom.

Fera is a Well enthusiast and has a desire to investigate the various wells of the world. She can initially be found in one of the many Stable Wells found throughout Hyrule.
Where Are the Wells?

Fera wants to find the locations of all 58 wells in Hyrule. Many of which are at Towns, Stables, and some Old Ruins. She will give Link 10 rupees for every well location that he comes across. After initially talking to her, Fera will leave and travel to the Lookout Landing Well. As Link finds more wells, he can visit her there to collect rupees and continue the quest.
