Fera is a character found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
Fera is a Well enthusiast and has a desire to investigate the various wells of the world. She can initially be found in one of the many Stable Wells found throughout Hyrule. She is jotting down notes about the wells, which include the moss growth and the Brightcaps that are present.[1] When Link approaches here, she wonders what Link is doing in a place like this. Although she quickly realizes that the same question can be asked of her.[2]
Where Are the Wells?

Fera has a deep love of wells and wants to travel all throughout Hyrule to every single well. After reading ancient texts, she has found that there are 58 wells throughout the land.[3]
Many of the wells are at Towns, Stables, and some Old Ruins. She will give Link 10 rupees for every well location that he comes across.[4][5][6][7] After initially talking to her, Fera will leave and travel to the Lookout Landing Well.[8] As Link finds more wells, he can visit her there to collect rupees and continue the quest.
