The Sanctum of Hyrule Castle is a location found in Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.

In Breath of the Wild, this room is where the cocoon of Calamity Ganon is. If Link has not freed all four Divine Beasts, he will have to fight the remaining Blight Ganons here before Calamity Ganon emerges. Otherwise, as soon as Link enters, Zelda will warn Link that she cannot hold Ganon back any longer, and lasers shoot out of the cocoon, releasing Calamity Ganon.
Nearby Korok Seeds
A wooden platform can be found on the balcony just outside the Sanctum. Stand on it to reveal the circle, and race to reach the circle before time runs out to reveal a Korok.
Shoot the balloon above the bell in the highest tower in Hyrule Castle.
Climb to the very top of the spire of the castle and examine the fairy lights.
