The Gee Ha'rah Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild. It is behind a pair of giant stone doors, which you can break down with a sufficiently large snowball. The easiest way to do this is to roll a moderately-large snowball down the hill to the doors, then use Stasis on the snowball and hit it into the door at maximum force.
