The Devilish Girl is a character of A Link Between Worlds. She Runs the Treacherous Tower, located in Lorule.
Besides rupee prizes, the Devilish Girl will grant link a Piece of Heart after he is able to finish the Treacherous Tower in intermediate mode for the first time. She will also provide the upgrades Super Lamp and Super Net for completing the challenge in advance mode for the first and second time.
