Gibdo are one of the common enemies in The Legend of Zelda series, as they have appeared in nearly every Zelda game to date. They are mummy-type enemies.

A Link to the Past
In A Link to the Past, Gibdo appear in the Skull Woods dungeon. They are easily defeated using the Fire Rod.
Link's Awakening
Majora's Mask
In Zelda: Majora's Mask, Gibdos appear at Ikana Canyon sorrounding the music box house where Pamela and her father live and Beneath the Well. They use a scary glare to paralyze Link and then grab him, dealing heavy damage. When hit by a Fire Arrow they become Redeads.
