Alternative Solution

I found it easier to float the rock onto the rock circle plateau. Place rock near plateau, attach balloon, shoot rock with arrow to move over the plateau, then when the balloon pops the rock falls onto the plateau. Andrewcottrell (talk) 23:23, March 26, 2017 (UTC)

I was having a lot of trouble with this seed but then stumbled on a simple solution. After you grab the rock and walk back to the mound where the incomplete circle is located move around so that when looking forward Death Mountain is in the distance. Now walk towards the hill and when you start going up just a little keep hitting jump. You should end up on top of the mound with the rock still in your hands. This way you do not need Stasis or Balloon. I was able to replicate this a few times so was not a accidental glitch.
