This shield has a higher durability than that of the sacred shield and takes an insane beating. It shares the ability to repair itself with its former version. This shield might seem amazing, but at that point in  the game the enemies do more damage, so it might not really matter. This shield requires 3 [[Ornamental Skull]]s, 2 [[Bird Feather]]s, 1 [[Dusk Relic]], and 100 rupees to upgrade.  
The first upgrade to the Sacred Shield is the [[Divine Shield]]. The Divine Shield has more durability than the Sacred Shield, and shares the ability of restoring itself after taking damage. The upgrade can be performed by [[Gondo]] at the [[Scrap Shop]] within the [[Bazaar]]. This shield is the most durable form of sacred shield. This baby will last crazy long, so it's almost the best shield in the game. This shield requires 4 [[Dusk Relic]]s, 3 [[Bird Feather]]s, 3 [[Monster Horn (Skyward Sword)|Monster Horn]]s, 1 [[Blue Bird Feather]], and 100 rupees to upgrade.
The second, and final, upgrade to the Sacred Shield is the [[Goddess Shield]]. This shield is a lot more durable than the previous two, which, combined with its ability to restore itself, means that the likelihood of it ever breaking is extremely low. In order to perform this upgrade, Link needs to supply Gondo with four [[Dusk Relic]]s, three [[Bird Feather]]s, three [[Monster Horn (Skyward Sword)|Monster Horn]]s, one [[Blue Bird Feather]], and 150 Rupees.
