Riverside Stable
After Link has completed the Gourmets Gone Missing quest, Joute will appear at the Riverside Stable. He can be found sitting beside the various camp fires, including the one close to the stable, as well as the one by the tents. He is still a bit embarrassed at the fact that he put Moblin Guts in the food, which is what caused everybody to get food poisoning. He mentions that instead, he should have put some Monster Extract. He specifically suggests putting some Monster Extract, along with Hylian Rice and Rock Salt to make a meal, thinking that ought to work nicely. This arrangement of ingredients creates some Monster Rice Balls.
Joute mentions that while monster parts will spoil almost any food, Monster Extract can be added to almost any dish, giving some delicious results. He suggets that Link can pushase some over at Tarrey Town in the Akkala region to the northeast.
Joute is a bit ticket off that people are still giving him a hard time for his mess up by putting monsters part in the Meat and Rice Bowl. He assures Link he doesn't need to worry and that he's not cooking with monster parts anymore.
