Harth comments that all hands are on deck with researching the Blizzard and scavanging for food. Ever since the island-looking think appeared in the sky, it has been raining down junk ever since. This, along with the numerous flying monsters have made it dangerous. Harth appears at the end of the Tulin of Rito Village quest, when Teba gives Tulin his Bow. He says that he is considering heading to [[Lookout Landing]] to help with [[Hyrule]]'s problems. After Link leaves the area, Harth can be found outside [[Purah]]'s research building. He thanks Link for his assistance with the Rito's problems, and will help Hyrule's problems by checking out the [[Sky Islands]].
