Hoz can be seen along the pathway at the [[Windvane Meadow]], found just southwest of the [[Hyrule Castle Chasm]]. Speaking to him here will begin the [[Bring Peace to Hyrule Field!]] quest. They are approaching the monster stronghold ahead and he does ask if Link could assist them.
