'''Freezards''' are enemies made of ice that have appeared in three different [[The Legend of Zelda (Series)|''The Legend of Zelda'']] titles. These three games include ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time|Ocarina of Time]]'', ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask|Majora's Mask]]'', and ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess|Twilight Princess]]''.

==Characteristics==

Freezards appear as large pieces of ice that blow an icy breath that can freeze [[Link]]. In ''Ocarina of Time'' and ''Majora's Mask]]'', the Freezards are much smaller than they are in ''Twilight Princess]]''. A much smaller form of Freezards called [[Mini-Freezard]]s appear in ''Twilight Princess'' and ''Spirit Tracks''.

===Majora's Mask===

In ''Twilight Princess'', Freezards appear mostly in the [[Snowpeak Ruins]]. However, they also can be found in a couple of small caves around [[Hyrule]], which inculdes the [[Cave of Ordeals]]. Link is unable to defeat them with his sword in this game. Instead he must use the [[Ball and Chain]]. It takes two hits with the Ball and Chain to defeat them, and then the Freezards turn into four or five [[Mini-Freezard]]s. Alternatively, Link can kill a Freezard by utilizing the multiple [[Cannon]]s that can be found in the Snowpeak Ruins. Freezards act more like an obstacle rather than an enemy; most of the time they are stationary and block doorways.

* After a [[Freezard]] from ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess|Twilight Princess]]'' has been defeated, it will transorm into a number of smaller version of itself called [[Mini-Freezard]]s.
