Nebb is a resident of [[Hateno Village]] where he lives with his father [[Nack]], his mother [[Nikki]], and sister, [[Narah]], who all coincidentally have names beginning with the letter N. The family lives in the home at the far west end of Hateno Village. When Link first meets Nebb, he can speak with him to begin [[The Weapon Connoisseur]] side quest.

Nebb awakes each morning at at 8am along with his sister Narah. They spend almost the entire day, running in a circle just in front of the [[Ventest Clothing Boutique]]. They will only return to their home after 8pm, when Nebb is tired.{{Ref|''I'm going to sleep. When [[Link (Breath of the Wild)|Link]] first chats with Nebb, he asks Link if he's from the outside world and mentions that he looks like he'd be good with a bow and sword.
