Deku Butler's Son: Difference between revisions

The '''Deku Butler's Son''' is a character that is referenced in ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask|Majora's Mask]]''. During the [[Deku Butler]]'s mini-game, the Deku Butler mentions that Link reminds him of his son. If Link completes the mini-game and is awarded with the [[Mask of Scents]], Link is also rewarded with a special cutscene prior to the game's credits. This special scene features the Deku Butler sobbing at the foot of the [[Deku Scrub|Deku]]-like tree, seen near the beginning of the game, at which time [[Tatl]] remarked that the tree seems to have a look of pain. With this evidence, it is strongly believed that the tree is the remains of the Deku Butler's Son after the [[Skull Kid]] turned him into the [[Deku Mask]] that Link wears when he gets cursed.
